Guidelines for Picture-Perfect Partnerships: Working with Our Baby Animals in Photoshoots!

1. Prior Appointment: Photographers must schedule their sessions in advance to ensure availability and proper coordination for the safety and comfort of our animals.

2. Respect for Animals: Photographers must handle our baby goats, ducklings, and chicks with care and respect at all times, following our guidelines for their interaction and welfare.

3. Professional Conduct: Photographers are expected to conduct themselves professionally during the photoshoots, adhering to our guidelines and ensuring a positive experience for both our animals and other visitors.

4. Liability Waiver: Photographers will be required to sign a liability waiver, acknowledging the inherent risks associated with working with animals and absolving us of any responsibility for accidents or injuries that may occur during the photoshoot.

5. Image Usage Agreement: Photographers must agree to provide us with copies of the images captured during the photoshoot for our promotional and marketing purposes, with appropriate credit given to the photographer where applicable.

6. Fee Structure: Photographers will be subject to a flat rate of $50.00 per hour, which includes one hour of travel time to and from the location. Additional travel time beyond the initial hour may be subject to additional charges, and the total duration of the photoshoot will be calculated based on the time spent at the location.

7. Animal Selection: Photographers are welcome to communicate their preferences regarding which animals they would like to include in the photoshoot prior to confirming their commitment. While we will make every effort to accommodate these preferences, please note that the availability of specific animals may change due to factors such as health, temperament, or unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to make substitutions or adjustments to the lineup of animals at our discretion, ensuring the safety and well-being of both our animals and participants.
